Shandong Hi-Speed “High-Speed Rail Plate Flow Unit Method” Reach International Leading Level


The achievement of science and technology project “production process and complete set of equipment research and development of high-speed railway CRTSIII track plate flow unit method” led by Shandong Hi-Speed Rail Transit Group reached the international leading level, and the achievement has passed the acceptance of the science and technology project of Shandong Transportation Department. The above achievement was verified by the Appraisal Committee where Wang Jingquan, the Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, is the director and Professor Li Shucai operation, the scholar of the Yangtze River, is the deputy director on May 20 of this year.

The project acceptance and achievement evaluation were organized jointly by Shandong Transportation Department and China Highway & Transportation Society, and Liu Wenjie, the Secretary General of China Highway & Transportation Society, Si Jiajun, the Deputy Director of Shandong Transportation Department, and Xu Junfeng, the Standing Committee of Party Committee and Executive Director of Hi-Speed Group, etc. attended the meeting.

The expert group is composed of famous experts form the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Shandong University, Shandong Transportation Department, Shandong Highway & Transportation Society, China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co. Ltd., China Railway 20 Bureau Group Corporation, Shandong Machinery Design and Research Institute, Shandong Provincial Communications Planning and Design Institute, etc.

As a science and technology project approved and registered by Shandong Provincial Communications Office Project in 2016, the “production process and complete set of equipment research and development of high-speed railway CRTSIII track plate flow unit method” is jointly developed by Shandong Hi-Speed Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd., Shandong JiaoTong University and China Railway 23 Bureau Group Co. Ltd.

Thanks to the hard work and assiduous study of the project scientific research team, the scientific research had produced significant achievements over the past two years, including 7 articles of academic theses (4 articles were included in EI), and 12 applied patents (4 items have been authorized). The series of track equipment products also passed the EU certification review and the Alstom IRIS certification.

The successful convening of this meeting will further enhance the scientific research and management level of rail transit companies, strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and make great contribution to accelerating the “going out” strategy of high-speed railway and the conversion of old and new kinetic energy in our country.
